蛋白尿  Proteinuria

蛋白尿的病因  Causes of proteinuria

  源自腎臟  Renal origin

      1.  輕微–中度 – 許多腎臟異常，尤其是慢性腎衰竭 

             Mild – moderate – many renal disorders,

                            especially chronic renal failure

      2. 嚴重 – 主要是腎臟絲球體異常 

             Severe – primary glomerular disorder

  其他來源  Other sources

      1. 於其他泌尿〈生殖〉道的炎症 

               Inflammation in rest of urinary (genital) tract

      2. 血尿  Hematuria

      3. 血紅素血症  Hemoglobinemia

      4. 肌紅蛋白血症   Myoglobinemia

      5. 高蛋白血症  Hyperproteinemia

      6. 自然分泌物  Natural secretions

      7. 臘樣或顆粒狀管型於尿中 

                   Waxy and granular casts in the urine
